Info
The previous games in the Science Adventure series have had a commercial soundtrack release that included the theme songs along with the background music, but for the latest entry they for some reason decided to publish just the vocals as a commercial album and only have the background music available as an enclosure bonus with the game’s limited edition. Inconvenient if you happen to be a Takeshi Abo fan!
The four songs here are all various flavors of J-pop that I don’t often take a lot of interest in, but most of them have short bits of cool composition or sound design that keep my attention. While none of these are my favorite theme song from the series (which is “silent wind bell” from CHAOS;CHILD), I think I’d say this is overall the strongest set of songs in any one game.

- “GAME OVER” (Chiyomaru Shikura, arr. KushitaMine, vo. Kanako Ito) packs in a bunch of neat stuff from 3:39 to the end: chop effects, a transposing chord bit (twice), and extremely fake, distorting piano
